上次曾经做过一个从IP到实际物理地址的PHP页面，现在我做了一个PHP的Class把这个接口开放。

其实也没有什么大的难度，大家可以看我附带的那个example.php

当然还希望大家不要太过分的调用。那边的服务器只是一个单CPU的Xeon2.8，每秒也只能查询700次以
